You invite a client by email and approve the exact invite mail before it is sent. The client signs in with an email link, with no password, and lands in their own area. Your site can also take messages: a contact form delivers to your email, with a spam shield that holds suspicious messages for you to release or delete.

Their data stays theirs.
A client's data is read by you, the owner, and by that client only. On request it can be exported or deleted, each confirmed by whoever asked. A coach also gets plans, with weeks, workouts, notes and templates, assigned to a client; an AI draft is shown before it applies.
